An illustration inpsired by a scene out of this story, a fanfic written by a deviantART memebr known as "Pumpmonger"; this story teams Tetsuko with his original character, the warrior woman "Red".

Tetsuko, out rollerblading on a beautiful spring day, sees an armored truck being driven wildly and dangerously down the street, pursued by several police cars (which tells her that the truck has been hijacked by thugs). She also sees to her horror a little girl in the street, in the path of the truck, frozen in terror as several tons of runaway metal bear down on her!

Tetsuko immediately rushes to grab the girl, but can't quite get her out of the way of the truck in time - so decides to bear the brunt of the impending collision herself...

As with "Tetsuko and Sonya at the Beach", I was able to chronicle the drawing process step by step in a GIF animation:
